When you buy a toy in TOYS”R”US, you don’t have to worry about regretting your purchase or selecting the wrong gift for your niece – we have a nationwide exchange service, so the item can be returned to all our stores in country of purchase.

In order to return the toy it has to be in unused condition, as it was when you bought it, and also in the original packing.

Remember to bring your receipt if you want your money back; otherwise you will be offered a new toy at up to the same price of the returned item, or a gift certificate for the amount of the original purchase.

2 year warranty

If the toy you bought is defective, you can make a complaint about it up to 2 years after your purchase. The warranty covers the whole toy and missing parts but excludes claims based on ordinary wear and tear, aggressive or violent play, as well as improper use or any claims related to batteries. Take the defective item and your receipt to a TOYS”R”US store and we will exchange it or refund your money.

If you don’t have your receipt

You can still make a complaint and return an item even if you don’t have your receipt. You can either exchange the toy for a new one at up to the same price or get a gift certificate for the amount of the original purchase.
